8th Alton Scout Headquarters

8th Alton Scout Headquarters has great facilities available to hire for one-off and repeated bookings.

Happy Talk playgroup and the local Model Railway group use the Cabin on a daily/weekly basis. We host children's parties, fitness clubs, craft and plant sales, quiz nights, and fundraising events. The Cabin is available to the wider community for bookings (subject to terms and conditions of hire).

The cabin has full disabled access and includes a large, open plan main hall, a further small hall, garden area with flat access play area, single sex toilet, disabled toilet and kitchen / servery.

Free car parking is available at the cabin and in the adjacent public car park.
