Runs are 5 km or 10 km and are for all abilities.
Couch to 5k runners are also catered for.
Every last Wednesday in the month the meeting place is a local bar where we have a social drink after the run.
Location: usually Benians Pavilion, Four Marks but occasionally at “The Castle of Comfort” Medstead or “Off the Rails (Triple fff bar Four Marks)”.
