Sue Kelly runs a programme of Tai Chi Classes for Alton Community Centre Adult Education

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that has been around for many years using slow, gentle movements to improve your health, well being, balance and self awareness.  Tai Chi is well documented in the scientific world to improve the symptoms of arthritis, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, osteoporosis, stress related illnesses and many others

Sue Kelly has been teaching Tai Chi since 2000, after  finding it beneficial for her own health and has recently also teaches Qigong as well.  She has trained with the De Yin Institute both in China and the UK and Dr Paul Lam of the Tai Chi for Health Organisation and the British Health Chi Kung Association.
