Live from the Bandstand: The Stringalongs

Bring along your deck chairs and afternoon tea picnic hampers (or purchase refreshments from Acorns Coffee and Cake pod) and enjoy an afternoon of open-air music live from the bandstand in the gardens.

'Live from the Bandstand' is a series of free, live music concerts taking place in Alton Public Gardens on various Sunday afternoons throughout the summer.

'The Alton Stringalongs' will be performing on Sunday 3rd July at 2pm. They are a local Ukulele band, who enjoy playing music and to sharing their eclectic choices of music from the 1920’s through to our popular range of songs from the 60’s to 80’s and current popular songs.

They play at local events and gigs such as The Green Man, Free Folk Friday, Zoom sessions, shows in Hook, Alton Social Bowling Club etc. We are looking forward to playing in the park in Alton once again.
