Alton Downland Challenge 2019

A multi-terrain race event featuring 10K, 5K and Children races

Both the 10k and 5k races start and finish at Anstey Park and use footpaths including the St Swithun's Way. The routes are multiterrian and are not suitable for Wheelchair users and also dogs are not allowed.

The minimum age for the 10K is 15 years old and the 5k is 10 years old. All finishers will receive a medal and in the 10k race the first 3 overall and in varios age catergories will receive a prize. In the the 5k race the first adult male and female will receive a prize and the first 3 boys and girls in 2 age categories will also receive prizes. There is also a school trophy and a team consists of 5 boys and 3 girls.

We will also be holding a 500m race for 4 to 6 year olds and 1k race for 7 to 9 year olds. Both races are entry on the day and are free.
