We will be holding a free open to all ages Tai Chi session, even if you have never done Tai Chi before and are interested in having a go please join us.
World Tai Chi Day began in 1999 to introduce people to the many benefits to learning Tai Chi or Qigong such as the many health and wellbeing benefits for balance, co-ordination, mobility also to help with relieving stress, many long term health conditions and lifting your mood. Tai Chi and Qigong can be done either standing or seated so is an ideal form of exercise for all. There will also be opportunities to find out more about the classes Sue runs for EHLL.
Saturday 25 April 2020, from 10:30am until 11:30am
