Who is this course for? For anyone that wants to make changes to their lifestyle in order to promote an overall improvement in their physical and mental health
Previous knowledge/experience: None required
For the first session you will need to bring a pen and paper for taking notes and keep a small diary for the duration of the course.

Attendance is expected at each session to ensure that you get the most out of your learning experience and to minimise disruption for the other learners.
