Find out how to make changes to your lifestyle in order to boost your health and wellbeing

This course consists of 2 sessions, Saturday 16 and Saturday 23 May 2020.

Learning Goals.

  • Prioritise tasks, motivate yourself to set a few goals, including time for yourself & monitor your progress
  • Name at least one simple technique such as meditation/mindfulness that reduces anxiety & promotes calm
  • Explain how nutrition, exercise and sleep have a direct effect on our overall health & wellbeing
  • Plan small changes you can make to your routine that will improve your health & wellbeing

About the Course.

Who is this course for?  For anyone that wants to make changes to their lifestyle in order to promote an overall improvement in their physical and mental health

Previous knowledge/experience: None required
For the first session you will need to bring a pen and paper for taking notes and keep a small diary for the duration of the course.

Progression opportunities from this course are: Mindfulness courses

Attendance is expected at each session to ensure that you get the most out of your learning experience and to minimise disruption for the other learners.
